We sell accessories, parts, tools, and utility equipment only. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, suppressors, regulated components, or conversion devices. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to help you choose and are believed accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free. We may correct errors, change, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

05 Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order or a quote request does not create a binding contract until we confirm and accept it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected error, unavailability, suspected fraud, or where an order falls outside our product scope or applicable law — and we will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and, where applicable, you complete payment.

06 Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges, which are shown or confirmed before payment.
• Payment is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the confirmed order total.
• If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the related order.

07 Custom & Sourced Work

Custom, made-to-order, and sourced items are quoted in writing before any production or payment. You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, fitment details, and intended use. Once you approve a quote and work begins, custom and sourced items are final sale unless they arrive defective or are not built to the agreed specification. Lead times are estimates and may vary.

08 Shipping & Delivery

In-stock products typically ship the same business day after payment clears. Custom products typically ship within 1-2 business days. Sourced items with a longer lead time are confirmed at order or quote. We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS or UPS, and tracking is emailed once a label is created. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Before ordering, you must confirm that delivery and possession of any item are lawful where you live.

09 Returns & Refunds

Standard, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order reference and reason, and we will provide a return authorization and address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt. Custom, made-to-order, and sourced items are final sale unless defective or not built to the agreed spec.

10 Legal Compliance

You alone are responsible for confirming that the purchase, possession, and use of any item are lawful in your location. Product availability may vary by jurisdiction. You agree not to use any product in violation of any federal, state, or local law. We are not responsible for misuse of our products or for a buyer's failure to comply with applicable law.
