How do I place an order?

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment clears. Standard in-stock products ship via USPS or UPS, and tracking is emailed to the address on file once a label is created. Small-batch, custom, and sourced items may need longer lead times, which we confirm at order or quote. We ship within the contiguous United States. Before ordering, customers must confirm that delivery and possession of any item are lawful where they live.
Returns & Refunds
Standard, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@michahelindustries.com with your order reference and reason. We'll send a return authorization number and mailing address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt. Custom, made-to-order, and sourced items are final sale unless defective or not built to the agreed spec.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details only to process and fulfill purchases. Our payment processor handles payment data; we don't store full card numbers. Order information is shared only with shipping carriers and payment providers as required. We don't sell or rent customer data for marketing. We send a written quote to the email you provide, and accepting it begins the order. We may decline requests that fall outside our scope or the law.
