How fulfillment, tracking, returns, and refunds work for standard, custom, and sourced products.
Processing & Shipping
In-stock products typically ship the same business day after payment clears. Custom products typically ship within 1-2 business days. Sourced items with a longer lead time are confirmed at order or quote.
Products ship via USPS or UPS, and tracking is emailed once a label is created. We ship within the contiguous United States. Before ordering, customers must confirm that delivery and possession of any item are lawful where they live.
Standard Returns
Standard, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@michahelindustries.com with your order reference and reason.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom & Sourced Items
Custom, made-to-order, and sourced items are final sale unless defective or not built to the agreed specification.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
